Ok, we thought we needed to add the "How" to the Five W's...
Development projects, even the small ones, can be difficult, daunting and simply overwhelming. Many people don't have the experience, the contacts and the patience to make these things happen. We've been doing this for more than 30 years and have faced many types of challenges. We've been there made it through ending up with wonderful places that will last. We have a long list of professionals and tradesmen to get through any project.
Starting with the purchase of a small empty lot in a blighted area of a long-forgotten Texas town in 1986 we've grown to a multi-faceted company with a really cool pocket of development in what is now known as the Lake Dallas Downtown District. We've renovated turn-of-the-century structures, renovated and rebuilt homes, designed and built new old-style mixed use buildings, designed and built a bungalow court and most recently we've completed a beautiful tiny home village.
None of the projects we've completed were easy. In fact, they all had their own challenges. But, we worked hard and smart and we ended up with beautiful, well planned developments that will last long after we're gone.
